ALVERONZ / THE GARAGE WORKFLOW

Bring a little clarity
to the next circuit check.

When an electrical fault interrupts the job, give your checks a more focused starting point. The DW833 combines circuit and relay testing in one handheld tool, with a digital display and built-in LED lighting.

Two useful jobs. One place in your kit.

Move between low-voltage DC circuit checks and compatible automotive relay tests without reaching for a separate single-purpose tester for each task.

Circuit testing covers DC 3.5–36V. Relay testing supports compatible 12V / 24V standard 4-pin and 5-pin automotive relays. Match the relay type and pin layout before connecting.

A readout where you are working.

The digital display keeps the result on the tester itself, while built-in LED illumination helps you see the immediate test area in a dim engine bay. Read and interpret the indications according to the supplied instructions.

Designed for a hand on the job.

The handheld body is intended for one-handed operation. A coiled lead keeps the connection flexible as you position the probe, and the controls stay on the tool.

Keep the setup together.

The tester is shown with a metal probe, coiled lead, red and black power clips, and an auxiliary test lead. Check the selected kit’s contents before ordering.

Follow a clear testing routine.

1. Identify the job. Check the vehicle circuit, voltage and relay layout first.

2. Connect correctly. Follow the supplied instructions and observe correct polarity.

3. Select the appropriate test. Use the correct probe or relay connection for the application.

4. Read the result. Interpret the display and indicators using the manual, then continue diagnosis as needed.

Match the system. Then make the check.

Suitable applications include compatible 12V passenger-vehicle and 24V commercial-vehicle systems. Vehicle category alone does not establish compatibility: the individual circuit voltage and relay arrangement must match the tool.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use it with household AC power?

No. Use only within the specified DC 3.5–36V circuit-testing range. Never connect it to household AC power.

Does it test every relay?

No. It is intended for compatible standard automotive 4-pin and 5-pin relays in 12V / 24V systems. Check the relay pinout and instructions first.

Can it identify every electrical fault automatically?

No. This is a testing aid, not an automatic full-vehicle diagnostic scanner. Use the readings as part of a proper diagnostic process.

What comes in the package?

The listing specifies one automotive circuit tester with digital display. The pictured leads and clips should be checked against the contents of your selected kit.

Use within its limits. Avoid reverse-polarity connections. Do not use in wet or rainy conditions. Follow the tester and vehicle instructions for the circuit you are working on.

Make room for a more focused workflow.
